We only employ experienced highly trained licensed surveillance operatives who formulate accurate documentation of all activities and, wherever possible, obtain clear video evidence.

Our surveillance team is under the direct control of Mr Bussenschutt, who co-ordinates all covert activities undertaken by our Company and ensures the transmission of final reports to our respective clients.

We utilise sophisticated video equipment, capable of interposing a variety of lenses to cover any filming situation. Depending on the circumstances this is supported by still camera footage when required.

Undercover operations have been extremely successful and have resulted in the detection of substantial fraud, breaches of contracts by franchisees, drug offences, unsafe work practices and sabotage by employees.
