Our Company structure enables us to provide a full range of services with a Team Leader appointed to each of the divisions of the firm:
Kingswood Investigations’ Executive Director Mr. Harry Klavins oversees the total operations of the firm.
Mr Klavins was appointed to the Administrative and Disciplinary Division of the District Court of South Australia as the Industry Assessor under the Security and Investigations Agents Act, 1995, by the Attorney-General of South Australia.
Recent addition to the Kingswood Investigations growing team is Mr Mike Duncan, who boasts 20 industry experience. He is able to provide our staff with an ‘insiders’ knowledge of the insurance industry, hence our staff can more easily adapt to clients’ needs.
Mr. Bussenschutt has 20 years experience as a surveillance operator and department manager and therefore he is qualified to advise clients on their surveillance needs.
Our Senior investigators have a variety of general and specific skills when it comes to investigating workers compensation claims including; compensable disability, motor vehicle accident, worker under the Act, death, misconduct, stress, recovery potential (liability), territoriality etc., as well as suspected fraud related matters.
Kingswood Investigations’ surveillance operators are accredited to conduct investigations and through their individually varied experience and skills, have developed high levels of expertise in this field and regularly enjoy success in this area.

Personal Referrals: Kingswood Investigations’ is proud of the fact that many of our investigators and surveillance operators receive personal request referrals from claims agent case managers, exempt employers and Compliance and Investigation officers. This is testament to the quality of staff employed by Kingswood Investigations and the reputation individuals have established by their performance within the investigation industry in South Australia.
