Certificate IV in Government (Fraud Control Investigation): Many of Kingswood Investigations personnel (including management) have attained Certificate IV in Government (Fraud Control Investigations) through the Department of Justice Studies at TAFE in South Australia.
Industry Assessor:
Kingswood Investigations’ Executive Director Mr Klavins remains appointed as an “Industry Assessor” under the Security and Investigation Agents Act 1995 to the Administrative and Disciplinary Division of the District Court – that appointment was made by Mr Michael Atkinson (the then) Attorney-General.

We are engaged primarily in the provision of factual and surveillance investigation services to Government, Statutory and Corporate bodies, commercial agencies, Workers Compensation insurers, general insurers, personal and public liability insurers, and of course the general public
Kingswood Investigations employs full time Factual Investigators with a diverse array of professional backgrounds under the direct management of Mr Klavins and Mr Dixon.
Our investigators' backgrounds and areas of expertise include Government Fraud investigation Units, WorkCover Case Management, Major Crime Detectives, STAR Force officers and Electronic Crime Investigators.
We specialise in areas such as Harassment & Discrimination; Equal Opportunity, WorkCover and Private Legislation, Investigation and Fraud Techniques, Industrial Noise Assessments including Hearing Loss claims; and Accident Reconstruction.
