Since founded in 1989 our client base has increased exponentially due to the fact that we provide superior service to our clients and have assisted them in achieving their investigative needs. We employ highly experienced, fully trained and accredited, full time Factual Investigators & Surveillance Operatives with a diverse array of professional backgrounds.

All of our investigators are fully accredited
and licensed in accordance with the law
and government and statutory regulations.

Certificate IV in Government (Fraud Control Investigation): Many of Kingswood Investigations personnel (including management) have attained Certificate IV in Government (Fraud Control Investigations) through the Department of Justice Studies at TAFE in South Australia.

Industry Assessor:
Kingswood Investigations’ Company Director Mr Klavins remains appointed as an “Industry Assessor” under the Security and Investigation Agents Act 1995 to the Administrative and Disciplinary Division of the District Court – that appointment was made by Mr Michael Atkinson (the then) Attorney-General.

Kingswood Investigations employs full time Factual Investigators with a diverse array of professional backgrounds under the direction of Mark Thiele.

Our investigators' backgrounds and areas of expertise include Government Fraud investigation Units, WorkCover Case Management, Major Crime Detectives, STAR Force officers and Electronic Crime Investigators.

We specialise in areas such as Harassment & Discrimination; Equal Opportunity, WorkCover and Private Legislation, Investigation and Fraud Techniques, Industrial Noise Assessments including Hearing Loss claims
